Signed Irwin. Made In U.S.A.
Very nice condition. There looks to be the paper from an old price tag still left on the front. I haven't tried to remove this myself; You may be able to use Goo Gone. I don't want to damage the plate. There appears to also be a melted (?) part on the back.
